You would need to find a location within the game, then place the object in where you wish.
You can do this by using "CreateObject();" however, I recommend you use a streamer for streaming objects (if you have a lot) and use "CreateDynamicObject();".
You would then need to simply set your player spawn upon connect in front of the object. It's as simple as that.

The object id is 18750. You can create the object by using any mapping filterscript or program then save it. Then, put it on your gamemode
