Hello Samp Members
i thought if the manager of the forum can add a shoutbox
to the forum it will reduce topics about silly things and plus
a player can ask something there and the other can tell him
it was my suggestion because i think every forum needs it own shoutbox

That's the point. "Newbies" don't use the IRC channel, which is a good thing. A shoutbox is useless because the "newbies" will only spam off their server, insult, etc.. If you're a "newbie", don't feel offended and un-newb yourself.

I am not a newbie but i will really like to see a shoutbox because it will really be nice
and if one of the newbies will spam it just ban them
not everyone does that

Ok, first look at the size of this community.
Then look at the average age in this community.
Then look at the number of infractions and bans given in this community.

IRC is always available. not sure a shoutbox would fit here.

some instant msg, sounds good to me. But they could just decrease the pm cooltime though.
