did you ever find out why? now i am facing this same issue.
except, i get the warning only once.
and then the game doesnt crash, but whichever house i enter,
appears to have no furniture (objects)

0xC0000005 is uninvalid model...
Can be coused by over-mapped objects (to much objects)
Bad car components (spoilers,etc)
To much Labels (3D txt Labels)
Or bad mods of skins/cars/textures

I've never had this issue, however I know some servers that are experiencing the same kind of problems with objects that are overmapped, or too many in a certain space...

I guess we need to wait for a SA-MP Developer's input about this issue, and a possible fix be implemented.
