Do they have the latest SA-MP version (0.3x), or perhaps the same SA-MP version as the server is running?
Try adding an exception for SA-MP in the firewall.

Well my friend, you must first know that you can't join your OWN IP address from your SAMP launcher
127.0.0.1:7777 you will need to add into your favourites and loging with this
You want your friends to play, you must first make sure your ports are opened so that your friends can get onto your server from their respected locations

Here is a good video to learn how to do that.
It must also make sure everything in your Server.cfg file is right (rcon password can't be changeme or CMD will never run the script)
