Hello guys, my server keeps on restarting I don't know why.

but after I installed VPS -... It kept on showing me that stupid ass error.

It says "Connecting to the server blah blah - Then "Connection failed re-trying".

So, what could be the problem, just so you know my Gamemode loads just fine in the samp-server.exe
any help!?
