Get software , fraps or some and get editing software , then You might be able to move it or some if You are editing , not sure tho.

I use the FPS Mod with Fraps. It allows you to get yourself into the positions you require, And record without your silly character in the way! It's a very easy way to get the shots you want.

There's an include with the server package which is called "flymode". You can move the camera like flying (without the skin to be shown). Give a try!
