in my server i can see the ammu nation its opened and the shops opened aslo but where i can find it in my gm to edite something in the ammu nation or shops ?

I don't know what you're using, but those shops are by default. You can disable enter/exit interiors (yellow markers) and create new one. Then disable the red markers (I think using SetPlayerShopName, not sure though) and replace them with your own checkpoint or pickup (whatever you want). I think that changing the virtual world in the interior makes that NPC disappears (not sure though again).
