delte gtasa.set
remove any mods
reinstall sa-mp
or reinstall gta
if didn't work create a new account in ur pc
if none of the above worked try to install gta sa in the default path it would be C/programfiles/rockstatgames/gtaSanadnreas

Remove any modifications you have, go do Documents>San Andreas User Files>"gta.set" Delete that file. If this doesn't work, re install SA:MP. If you have windows 8, and it wont load, you must create a new account on your PC.
