So before I start this topic I want to point out that I already contacted GAME-MP support and Kalcor aka Kye over PM, and he hasn't responded even though I sent it a week ago.

So the owner of our server gave me his account so I could buy 2 months of hosted tab. A few days later I can see that the account got deleted and our server still isn't in the hosted tab.

Not me or the owner asked for a refund, actually I wanted to buy 5 months in total.

I suggest you read their ToS, because you have no foot to stand on. Specifically point c), but probably also the others.

So after I pay, they can just delete the account and keep the cash? That's fishy

Shouldn't have broken the rules then, your friend can do a chargeback using PayPal.
