You need to tell us when you are receiving this error. Is it when you enter a certain area of the map? When you load the game? Please help us help you by explaining how you can replicate this crash.

This should also be in the Client Support forum, this is not a bug it is a crash report.

I can't fix it for you, it's something you'll have to do. I can only try and help. The first step you need to take in troubleshooting the problem is removing the graphic mods. This may mean you need to completely uninstall, clean out, and re-install GTA:SA and SA:MP. I understand you do not want to uninstall your modifications however you won't be able to fix your game unless you do. Being as how the game crashes as it is loading it leads me to believe the problem is indeed your graphics mods.

It is completely retarded if you want to fix your game but you don't want to clean your mods, probably your mods contains something which makes your game crashes.

Well if you have radar mods/too many car mods I suggest removing the radar mod bcz it sucks and u should have like MAX 8-10 car mods.Weapon mods+ENB=no prob I never had timeout problems with them but car mods+radar=crash most of the times but Re-installing your GTA would help.
