I haven't seen an RPG server for awhile, I'd recommend that for you if you got the right tools.

There's no such thing. There's RPG and then there's RP. RPG would be a server like NG:RP where actual role play is non-existant. A role play server is where people act like IRL people; not like someone who isn't emotionally affected by anything.

If you are asking for 'Much Much' players, then I'd go for DM, I'm pretty sure it's the only thing you can handle.

If you literally can't decide between RPG and "HARD roleplay"... seriously make an RPG. Obviously you don't know what roleplaying really is.

It's really hard to tell the difference between RP and RPG because there is no real origin or an official statement for it and games/people adapt to their own style which kinda evolves if there is a popularity on it. Or I might be wrong and there is an origin to it. But as people are saying that Roleplay equals to the one which seems similar to "LS-RP" where you have to act like you would in real life and RPG where there are a lot of mini-games and stuffs and you don't sincerely have to act like somebody. And if that so, I personally suggest Roleplay because it's always immersive to act as someone and progress throughout the game while maintaining yourself. You have that extra freedom to be like someone you would like to be(in my case: Tom Cruise <3).

But Cameryn this guy obviously has no idea how to make a "Hard roleplay" server. He's better off with RPG it seems what he's capable of leading.

Samp is a game, so any roleplay is a role playing game. There is no technical difference between both, quite pointless to discuss about the differences. The thing you seem to refer to is the playership, some just play, others take things more seriously. The server itself is actually the same, except rules, but this is server management. Pure "roleplay" would describe the action to meet IRL in some city or county to play cop and robber. Hardcore roleplayers might get problems with the local real police.

The amount of players for both styles also approximate each other. Both will range from 0 to 1 player.
