Reinstall program from the damp directory

Is pawncc.exe in the same directory as pawno.exe?

Run the program (pawno) as administrator, and make sure pawncc is readable.

Hate to break it to you, but:

1. It is called a compiler, not a compliner.
2. You cannot even start your compiler, how are you running a server?
3. TyPiNg LiKe THiS Is NoT C00l
4. Using a free webhost is as uncool as 3.

Answer about ur things :
1. im not english man
2. u can go to gamemodes forum and download a finished GM and for filterscripts for a finished FS ( Im Not editing any creadits For anyone like others make ) and somtimes My friends help me in somthing in filterscripts in there PCs
3. im just making capital letters in the first letter of word only not in all letters like u type
4. its my choise ...
