How Do i know if the one game is pirated only?

I'm not sure what the "One" game is but if you pay more than $10 for a game, it's most likely a legit game.

Eh, legal game looks like a treasure, trust me, it contains a freaking book, intruction, serial number on the paper... you can notice even on the cover, legit games are very nicely covered.
But like the guy above said, if there's crack inside, then it's not legit.

Well, they come on a printed DVD and dont play any 8 bit music during the installation. Really shouldnt be too hard.

Most of the pirated games come in cardboard kind of cover whereas legit comes with plastic. Another one is there are manuals, blah blah like toXioneer said.
