Hi,
What is an easy first project in GTA-SA
By this I men when using the commands you first learn with PAWN, when learning programming languages you typically create a hello world/text based calculator for example.
So what can I do as my first project for SAMP and where do I start with learning PAWN?.
Can I see what I do in SAMP but without being online/running a server for my game too?
