Hi guys

at i open server from my PC ( samp.server.exe ) and enter to server is working fine . but after sometimes i get lag and back working fine again and sometimes getting lag and ....

So the problem is timer, go check your timers, and remove timers that makes non-sense.

Timers don't cause lag unless you have a lot of them (Normal gamemodes don't use enough of them to cause lag). Try closing Skype and your browser while hosting a local server. Sometimes Skype's pop-ups cause heavy lag in games.
