My localhost server shows ping and hostname etc. but why cant i join the game?
All plugins and includes are up to date

Can we see the server log when you run the server and maybe the server.cfg?

No, he's running 0.3e
Sscanf was for both versions 0.3d and 0.3e

But everything is outdated and old. Update them all and re-compile your scripts.
