How to change color of my money bar in hud.

There was once on this forum to download filterscript but the download links are broken. So can you help me?

I was looking for that. Thank you very much. But when I connect to my house server. Before I login, it appears money textdraw. How to make it visible OnPlayerSpawn(playerid) ?
