You see right? For example this sentence ''Veritabanэyla baрlantэ saрlanэyor...'' must be: "Veritabanına bağlantı sağlanıyor..." and this one; "Baюarэyla giriю yaptэnэz. Эyi eрlenceler dileriz." - "Başarıyla giriş yaptınız. İyi eğlenceler dileriz."

Could anyone help me about this please?

You need to search if ANSI encoding supports turkish characters... Because SAMP uses ANSI encoding...

P.S: If you're trying to compile turkish characters on pawno, it won't works... You have to compile with sublime text 2 in UTF-8 encoding...
