You just wrote the code of spawning also into cancel. Replace the codes for the "Accept button" with new one. Or its better if you just delete the V mode and get a filter script from the forum.

why not use the standard "vspawner" filterscript that comes with the server when you download the server package?
It is way better - it even makes you able to see little pictures of the vehicles that you can spawn.
