I already buy a volt-host server for samp. Now i need config my UCP to player register/check his/her stats.

Now i already setup the free webhosting in samp. Now what does the folder called to i must extract files there?

In the File Manager (or use FTP instead), find 'public_html' or 'www' folder. You may dump your UCP files as required, in here.

Also, make sure that your domain records point to the IP address of your shared web hosting account at Volt-Host.
