Same things happens with me too.

I think it's either a mod that is wrongly installed or dosen't works, or it's a bug/glich in the server where your character is, can happen.

You maybe should make a backup of ur game and try to reinstall it.

Also try this

Remove: gta_sa.set it's in this place/Folder: C:\Users\Your-username\Documents\GTA San Andreas User Files
