Hi i have problem with "Unable to execute"when i am trying connect to a server.Then apperas Administrator window with Yes/No.I click Yes game starts with singlepalyer.When i click no it shows to me "Unable to execute".When i try to launch samp as an administrator,server starts,loads,and crashes near the end.

Go into documents >> SAMP userfiles >> delete gta.set I think the file is called, If this doesn't work could be a modification causing it, so i'd try to re-install the game.

I recommend you open your 'SA:MP Client (0.3x)' on the top tab there will be a two spinning objects (Green and Orange). Click on that and insure your GTA:SA Directory is setup correctly.

I guess because u're running GTA SA as admin, and samp as normal user, hence it fails to inject the samp client or even run the game, try running the samp client as admin too, it may fix it
