I banned someone he post an app in forum but how can I unbanned him

Go into samp.ban (in the folder containing your SAMP server) and edit it. Remove the name/IP and save the file. Then do "rcon reloadbans" in the console or restart your server

If unbanning him from the forums, You'll have to refer to your forum software documentation.

If you dont have access to samp.ban or RCON, then someone w/ more power will have to do it for you
