hello sir,
going to write it short ,well if a player is in his house with x interior and another player enters the his house with the same interior would they be in the same interior/house? this was the one thing because i never came across creating house system ,how do you all do it with virtual world changes?

Yes, they both will be in same House if there Interior and Virtual World's are Same.

oops forgot to write how you all remove that thing like they both dont see each other and dming saying theif ,you guys use VW for it?

Player 1 & Player 2 ( Same VW and same INT ) --> Can see each other.
All other permutations, they won't see each other. (VW & not the same int, etc.)
