When I try to use it, it says "Cannot be used while GTA SA is running" and its not even running can someone tell me how to fix this, or send me a copy of their editor files?

Try going to your task manager and killing all processes associated with GTA.

I have, or atleast I think I did, my friend also has this issue

Make sure all the files from the map editor download are in the same folder. Doesn't even require being in the same directory as GTA anymore, i have mine in my samp server folder. All i did was extract and run.

I have it saved in my GTA SAN ANDREAS folder, so I save it in my sserver folder?
