You can't convert "php" to "html". Their structure is very different and many of the functions used in PHP do not exist in HTML (with the exception of HTML5).
I doubt there is a site like this (wordpress, blogs, etc) that doesn't use PHP at all.

That depends on the editor you are using (if you're not coding with bare Notepad), not on the language itself. But it is a much more flexible and easy language.

PHP and HTML are the most different languages in the world. PHP is a programming language used to set up programmable applications like UCPs etc. HTML is a markup language used for web-sites and text formatting. Can you paste the insides of one of the PHP files here in tags?

PHP -> Server sided
HTML -> Browser sided
You can't get the PHP code of a site unless it gives it out or you get the actual file on the webserver.

ino PHP is Server sided and HTML Browser sided thats what i like about HTML then again i have no idea why that, guy posting here saying am stealing when Am Not i only asked for help! but thanks.
