Today I got the 0.3x client and now I cannot see the chat. When I press enter (action), a black bar is supposed to come up so I can type things in but it doesn't. I can see other people chatting itself but I cannot send messages or issue commands. Please help

Try pressing F7.

EDIT: If it still does not work, Attempt to reinstall SAMP here: I usually install "Littlewhiteys" server

When you press "ENTER"? You suppose to press F6 or the letter "T" to start chatting.
