Well my new problem is that when you are on a mapping located on top of the ocean I can't hit someone but when we go to the land it works, does anyone know how to fix this or is it possible?

Hit someone, in the sense punching to reduce one's health?

Yes, or using baseballbat,golf club or something like that.

It's an issue with GTA. Put your maps high above land.

Never heard of this kind of bug, is the map floor like, really close to the ocean, or really high/preferable distance from the sea?

Allright then. I have a prison which will be located on the sea like alcatratz but I guess I have to move it then. :P
