Okay, I contaced a group of SA:MP PAWN developers who will code me a custom RolePlay gamemode, with whatever factions/jobs I want, and ther ability to have them make additions later when community suggests additions. However, they want about 75 euros, ($98.01 USD) to write it. I didn't want to make that much of an investment so I was just wondering if anyone on here wanted to go halfes or even thirds on it and all own the server equally. Any takers?

You'd better learn scripting yourself. Everyone always want as much money as possible, unless they're a friend of yours, not to say there are a lot of kids here and they may even steal your script.
