Your code is compiled with either a wrong compiler, a wrong compiler option, or it includes a faulty #emit statement. I think the crashdetect plugin can give you more information on this matter.

Re-compile your mode with the compiler included in the SA:MP Windows server download (i.e. use PAWNO).
