I cant start MTA,I get this error:

Failed to load: 'C:\Program Files\MTA SA 1.3\mta\loader.dll'

Error 14001: This application has failed to start because the application configuration is incorrect. Reinstalling the application may fix this problem.

I have "loader.dll" file,I try to reinstall MTA but I get same error again,also I installed it on D:\ also same problem, I had MTA earlier and it was working perfectly,but now its not,why?

If you aren't registered, register and ask there.

I thought because MTA is related to GTA maybe I can get help here,obviusly not!
