i want to know how can i make a promo on samp like in this video, i just want to know how he remove name's tags on that players an what is the programme he used for this... if anyone know please tell me what is this tool...

PLAYERS can't disable name tags. It's up to the server to script that.

He likely used 'camhack'. He also used the camera 'weapon' at one point, with the texture for the 'frame' removed (easy to do).

h02 created a flymode script that comes w/ the 03x server download. Its a great tool for filming. Definitely worth checking out (no-clip camera, excellent movement, etc)
