The server crashed while executing a mysql_query(). Check your queries especially under OnGameModeInit. Check that the syntax in the query is correct and that a connection to a valid database has been made.

Everything works fi9, i ran same script on my windows, see the logs! But when i ran it on linux VPS, this happened

You should only use one mysql plugin. Thats probally the reason your facing issues.
