It's in a gamemode. Edit your gamemode and find the lines and fix it, then compile the script.

Get in gamemode, then press Ctrl + F and type in there 500000 then they'll kick you where you have 500,000 figure so change. For level of knock pLevel after looking figure 5 and change..

I'm looking for 500 000 but it has nothing to do with the initial money, you have a whole in order to put the initial money and the $ 3000 level 1??

EDIT: Find OnPlayerSpawn or OnPlayerConnect, if that does not help then looking
GetPlayerMoney or GetPlayerLevel..
