Currently I have a GM on windows server
But when I upload the plugins and gm in my host it doesn't run
I have converted it to Linux

You have to get the linux versions of the plugins (.so instead of .dll), other than that you shouldn't have any problems using your old gamemode. Just note that in Linux there's a difference between settings.ini and Settings.ini. (Paths and files are case-sensitive)
