Hello,
It happened to me already, I decided to just deleting the directories of my GTA / SAMP and reinstalling the same.

Normalerwise should the /save files in > Gta san andreas user files > samp > saved positions/files.

EDIT: Doesn't work, now i have bigger problems. Not even a savedpositions.txt file? Only a USERDATA.DAT

Try running GTA:SA as an administrator. Or just make custom /saveex to save you those positions somewhere in your files.
