my friend have problem

when he enter in any interior, or when his car explode or respawn, or when he running, i mean he can make just about 15 steps, or when somebody near him teleport anywhere, screen stop instantly and he cant do anything and he have to restart his computer.
does anyone know how to fix it?
or why this bug happening?
1 year ago he could do everything without bugs, but now i dont know what happened

I had the same problem when i used a certain program, after i reinstalled gta sa and samp fully without mods and ****** it worked the it used to again (****** was my problem... not sure what he runs whilest he plays gta)

Remove any over haul mods like GTA OVERHAUL MOD etc...

Most likely modifications as mentioned above. Tell your friend to remove any mods in his game. Once you have done so, reply and let us know if that fixed it!
