can you explain us some more? also are you downloading anything when the lag occures?

Explain us more,like what type of lags are happening,are you downloading some things,etc..
There are different cases when server lag,so telling us more would be appreciated.

Less repeating timers, use a command processor(ZCMD,YCMD), use sscanf, if you have an old saving include better replace it with Y_INI, use Incognito's streamer if you have maps inserted.
