I see this person (XtremeR) on the forum and I wonder how the fuck he got so much reputation (460~). I then look at his posts, which are believable, then look at his Visitor Messages.

I then look at [PC]henkie[NL]'s profile... HE HAS 1002 REPUTATION, and the same amount of posts as me. I have 130 rep... he has roughly 8.5 times more rep than me, or the average SA-MP forum user.

I would bet anyone, anything that these people's reputation is NOT LEGIT.

I think this is unfair and big pissoff, now considering that people are judged by how much rep they have, and not how many posts they have.

I think these two people were rep farming, but nobody noticed because they don't use the English forums much.

People are still widely judged by their reputation points. It's the same as posts, but not as much anymore.

When you rep someone, it doesn't show your name. You have to add it manually in the rep text.

When giving it out at random, that, in my opinion, is Reputation Farming.

Reputation was meant to be given out for good things you do, contributions you make to the forum. Not for fun, or at random.

Another part of my opinion on this matter is that it is almost the same as posthunting.

I honestly don't see your issue though. Your entire post consists of "he had more than me, that is not fair!"

Does it annoy you that much that people like to give other people rep?

I get what you're saying. But you do know that your definition of rep that isn't legit could be applied to just about everyone. I have two of which I think I didn't deserve it, most of the beta testers have rep for havign power, not for what they say. (According to rumours, that's why ****** disabled his rep)

Like I said, I don't see an issue here, apart from him having quite a bit of rep.
