/vText (Texts) - To Give A Player OnScreenText.
/vSP - To Save Position!
/vLP - To Load Saved Position!
/vJail - To Jail A Player!
/vKick - To Kick A Player!
/vChat - To VIP Chat / Send Massage To All VIP's.

Very easy to create this FS. And 1 last thing why VIP can kick other ? And in this FS VIP same like admin system. This is your second realease all of us wondering some better FS. But in this case same with other. Improve you code man !
