I can not play with GTA SA because I made something(I do not know what I made)That made my GTA does not work so can anyone tell me what are the things that i must have to make my GTA work because I think I deleted something wrongly.

What have you recently deleted? or maybe something new you added?

vorbis.dll
vorbisFile.dll
vorbisHooked.dll
ogg.dll
eax.dll
samp.dll
bass.dll


Im not sure whether its right but just check ahead and see whether you do have this .dll files.

vorbis.dll , vofbisFile.dll and vorbisHooked.dll are already exiting in the GTA Folder .... If u have repaced this from another vorbis's.dlls .... Then it might be problem

In other case , what problem occurs ? If u tell us that how it is (The Problem) Then we might fix your problem ..
Or Try to reinstall GTA

Maybe if your files are missing, we will try to upload it and give you the link to install it. Right now your offline, but you got to reply to us if you want our help badly. You didn't tell us one thing. Is your GTA San Andreas Singleplayer or Multiplayer not working? Which one is it? Because if it is the multiplayer one, its better if you just re-install the whole SA-MP.

First try to remove your gta_sa.set file in documents & settings then try to restart the game.
If that doesn't work then perhaps you installed any mods lately?
