I wanna know how to change the CHAT SYSTEM on server . I mean , i don't wanna open the chat menu with "T" but i wanna open it with something else like Right CTRL

Can this happend ?

You need to press the ESC button > Options or setting w/e one it is and then like controls and change the controls.

You cannot re-bind the keys for the chat in server-side. This is by default from SA-MP Team.

One way would be if you have a programmable keyboard or mouse. Then you could setup another key or button to act as T

Even with programmable keyboard or mouse, he cannot set a new key/button for server-side.
It's only possible in client-side.
