I see that the SA-MP links are disabled try this >>> samp://127.0.0.1/
It wont work,whats the problem?

They cant be "deactivated" as their interpretation is local only, "the internet" has no effect at all on what happens when you click the link.
Normally on first click of a new protocol url, your browser asks what to do with it, then you link it with samp.
