Hey Guys i got Problem with my server. when My NPC BOT "Billy" join my server then i can't able to join server if i try to join i got automatically banned And when i Banned Billy From my Server on IRC then i am able to join my server but my friends Can't able to join My Server they Got Automatically Banned!

Please help Me
