Computer:
Windows 7/Vista > Control Panel > Firewall > "Turn off/on" from left panel.
Internet box:
Goto Router IP in a web browser (normally something like 192.168.1.1, check manufacturer's manual)
Login using your credentials, change settings.
Browsers:
They don't have firewall. (In-case you have an extensions/other, disable it from settings panel)

Or My Computers -> Right click -> Manage -> Windows Firewall -> Stop service.
