Wanted stars help

Ok, the problem on my server is that, when a player receive wanted level, it is not shown bellow the heal bar (that 6 stars)
I've tried to get the pwn with the : https://sampwiki.blast.hk/wiki/SetPlayerWantedLevel but with no help.
The gamemod that i've got is this : http://theg.ro/gtathegro.rar

Edit : The max wanted level was 10... i've messed up a bit, and made it to max wanted lvl 6.
Please help me.

Show us the code where you set the wanted level. Also, try adding a message to see if that part is infact getting called.
