How to run a RP Server?

Don't. The server list is mostly RP servers and they are all the same except for a few people who actually wrote their own GM's. if you really want to run a RP server either edit a proper script and don't use stolen code or write it from scratch!

Want some new ideas?

Add coin flipping
IG Games like gambling
The ability for a officer to be corrupt
Store workers to be corrupt
Terrorists that can do real harm with real explosions that delete buildings using the new functions

Just please don't add that 5 hour long tutorial that you must go through every time you join. The days of GF are long gone. Now it's about NGRP and hopefully it will pass soon. Also, if you're not up to coding a RP GM why not hire a developer? They will charge a good fee ~$30 if you want a original reliable, secure RP GM.

Until then please stop creating RP servers, most of them die within a month. Also for all the annoying little brats who think sa-mp will earn them all this money? Getting a donation is harder then you'd think. Not to mention some of that money has to go towards hosting or the server WILL go offline. Volt-host and serverFFS won't host a server for free when they could be selling it.

Good luck to all new RP Servers, please don't suck horribly. To all the 12 / 13 year old's who have a money lust, don't even open a server. Treat your players good and they will treat you good back!

Enough with this topic please. We complain and complain but are there changes, no. If people are so power-hungry and want to own a RP server, it's their choice, time and money. If the server is just some shitty edit or leaked script, simply don't play it. If the advertisement section is full with RP servers, simply don't read them.

Its when they spam your server its a problem... A LOT of rp server owners ban evade to continue spamming their crappy RP server on your server

I agree with the part where you say it is stupid to open a copied rp server. However, whether or not someone opens a server and keeps it open for 1 week, or for 10 years, is not your problem, and creating a useless topic like this, will not prevent them from doing so.
