Okay I have portforwaded and allowed the inbound and outbound connections on my firewall but It still wont go onlin. Please Help

You need to forward your ports, not just the restrictions on your firewall. Also for the local address that it asks for, open the windows CMD and type ipconfig into the window, then look for the iPv4 address and take note of that last number, that number is the number for the local address.

I said pirtforwarded AND! I did port forward through my router settings cuz I followed the steps on port forward.com. And once I type ipconfig and look that the ipv4 what do I do with the last number again?

what ip are you trying to connect to your server on? you must give players your global ip, but you connect through your local ip ok?

I know that I can connect to my local ips but my external ip won't load on the my fab list when I add it.

yes I am using Portforward setup static IP program to have a Static IP. Yes I can set up a static IP through my basic router setup though. Is there a difference?
