Hello all

This is my second release on helping you and your server in any way.
This filterscript will not allow those stupid rhinos fly all over the place
and get stuck on trees where only monkeys can get them, well most
of the time.


Known Bugs
Chance of failure 10 percent, give or take.. it depends on the surface.
If surface is too steep, the tank will bounce a little or just flyyyyyyyyyy.
Why would you spawn a tank on Chilliad's ass?
Anyways.
