First of all, everything looks WAY too stretched, especially at those selection buttons. The "question" also looks very stretched.

Second, you should put the buttons inside of the dialog. It looks way too random at the left corner.

Third, change the color of the background at "question".

And last: Change the design of the buttons. Just make it look like the normal SA-MP dialog..
